Dear Patients of Cholla Family Dentistry,

We hope you all are staying safe and healthy in these difficult times.

The American Dental Association (ADA) is recommending that dentists nationwide postpone elective procedures in response to the spread of the coronavirus disease, COVID-19.  President Trump weighed in on the topic as well when he addressed the nation earlier today, pleading with dentists and physicians to avoid performing elective non-emergency procedures.

In response to these recommendations put forth by the ADA, CDC and WHO, Cholla Family Dentistry will be rescheduling all non-emergency procedures until after April 30, 2020. In the meantime, our team is committed to remaining available to perform emergency dental procedures.

Our front office is tirelessly calling patients to make sure dental cleanings and other non-emergent procedures are rescheduled at your earliest convenience post April 30, 2020. A member of the team will be present to answer phone calls M-F 8am-5pm to make sure emergency calls are answered.  If you are in any pain or discomfort, please call!

We hope you understand our decision to prioritize the health of our patients, our team and our community and we apologize for any inconvenience this rescheduling of non-emergency appointments may cause you and your family.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kylin Chen, Dr. Doug Beischel, and Dr. Eric Chen
